There are two buckets. AI credits cover each agent reply: Haiku costs 1 credit; more capable models (Sonnet, GPT-4o, Opus) cost more. Resync credits cover automatic knowledge-base re-indexing only (1 credit ≈ 10,000 characters). Initial ingest, manual resync and Playground do not charge. The counter resets when a new period starts.
The agent stops answering until the next period, an upgrade or extra-credit add-on. We notify you before you reach the cap.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard and billing portal, with no lock-in. Access continues through the period you already paid. Free never asks for a card.
