1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ChatNorris you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service description
ChatNorris is a SaaS platform that lets you create and deploy AI chatbots trained on your own content, for customer support on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram. The service includes an embeddable widget, channel integrations, a conversation management panel (Live Chat / handoff), and analytics tools. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and use ChatNorris for business or professional purposes. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when you sign up.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ChatNorris for:
- Illegal activities, spam, disinformation, or impersonation.
- Infringing third parties’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse-engineering the platform.
- Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the service without our express permission.
- Removing the “Powered by ChatNorris” badge from the widget, unless your plan expressly allows it.
We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice if the violation is severe.
5. Content, training data and intellectual property
The chatbots you configure, the knowledge sources you upload, and the conversations you generate are your property. We do not sell your content. Our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) process your messages and documents solely to deliver the service to you, and do not use them to train their general-purpose models, in accordance with their own API policies.
ChatNorris retains all rights to the platform, its design, brand, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active.
6. Data about your end visitors
You are responsible for informing visitors of your site or connected channels about the use of AI and for obtaining any consent the law requires to process their data. ChatNorris acts as your data processor with respect to that data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription and payments
The ChatNorris plan costs $100 USD per month and is billed in advance. Payment activates the plan and grants access to all features described on our pricing page. Charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven error on our part. We may suspend access to the service if a payment is not completed successfully.
8. Cancellation and data deletion
You can cancel your account at any time from the settings panel or by writing to hola@chatnorris.ai. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account unilaterally if you breach these terms, attempting to notify you with a reasonable explanation.
9. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, in order to improve it or keep it secure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Price changes apply to new customers and do not retroactively affect your current plan within an already billed period.
10. Third-party links
ChatNorris may integrate with third-party services (Meta/WhatsApp, Instagram, AI providers) or link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies — always review critical responses before acting on them. ChatNorris is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses, nor for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use ChatNorris. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform, with the “last updated” date reflecting the current version. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ChatNorris is incorporated, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that the data protection laws of your country of residence may grant you (for example, the GDPR if you reside in the European Union). Any dispute will first be addressed directly and in good faith between the parties.
